Currently studying Nursing at University

I studied Maths, Biology, English and History at Winstanley College and was lucky enough to have Gareth as my Biology teacher in both my first and second year. It had always been my intention to drop Biology after my first year however Gareth made that decision impossible. His enthusiasm for the subject was contagious and his confidence in me pushed me to achieved higher grades than I thought was possible.

No matter how many questions I asked or emails I sent, he was always more than happy to help and never made me feel as though I was a nuisance! I have never known a teacher to put in so much effort for his students and I truly appreciate everything he did for me during my time at Winstanley.
